Shipping Policy & Rates

 
We do our best to minimize the cost of shipping and reduce waste for our customers, by finding the lowest rates in addition to re-using packaging. We're happy to ship anywhere. If you have a unique request or your country is not listed in our locations, contact us at info@lostaviatorcoffee.com and we will be happy to provide you with rates.

Free Domestic Shipping

We offer free domestic shipping to all Canadian provinces for orders over $80. Excludes Canadian territories.

Flat Rate Shipping

Canadian Provinces - flat rate shipping at $10 for orders over $60.

Canadian Territories - flat rate shipping at $15 for orders over $80. 

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrived damaged, please send pictures and order number to info@lostaviatorcoffee.com within 2 days of receiving your item. We don't have control over what happens to your package once it leaves our warehouse but we can control that you are satisfied and happy with your order.
